We have been specialized in clearing office buildings since 2013. As a result, we have built up a wealth of experience, which allows us to clear your office building(s) quickly, efficiently and carefully. We work with a permanent team of employees who treat you and your office building with respect. All employees have a VOG (Certificate of Conduct).
We work according to a fixed procedure in which we remove and dismantle items step by step per floor/department/space. In addition, we immediately separate the (possible) waste from the other items and materials so that everything goes as efficiently as possible.
I WANT A VALUATION
If you have surplus office furniture, request a valuation here. Based on your information and wishes, we will send you an overview of the proceeds and costs. This is always completely without obligation. Below we would like to provide you with some additional information so that you know what we can and cannot help you with.
We can we help you with:
- In essence it is quite simple: office chairs, cabinets and drawer units from the brands Ahrend, Vepa, Klober, Kembo, Grahl, Comforto, Herman Miller and Gispen are generally well suited for reuse. Any defects or damage are often not a problem. We are happy to assess this for you.
- Large batches of office chairs that have become redundant, for example due to working from home, and that have been taken back. We pay fair amounts for this and can also relieve you of the logistical burden.
- Expensive (external) storage or storage spaces where old office furniture is gathering dust? We would be happy to come by for a free inventory.
We cannot help you with:
- Small numbers. Given the specialism and the high costs for the deployment of technical staff, truck(s) and diesel, it is only interesting if the office is large enough. Both for you and for us. After all, thanks to our services, you do not have to hire an (expensive) mover, but you can expect an amount from us. From an indicative 10 workplaces, it can be interesting for both parties.
- If you have a smaller office and are looking for a solution, please visit our "help" page for (free) advice.
- All office furniture that is specially made to measure. These are often so specific that the chance of reuse is minimal.
- Desks that cannot be adjusted in height or that can only be adjusted with tools.
- Desks that all have non-straight shapes. Think of cockpit desks, 45 degree desks or call center desks.
- Office chairs: no Makro, Office Centre or IKEA-like and Chinese brands. These do not meet today's ergonomic requirements.
- Cabinets and drawer units: no wooden or unbranded versions. Roller door cabinets of the brands listed below.
